The Company has established and commissioned an integrated sugar plant of 4500 TCD capacity and 18 MW Co-gen power in November 2015 at Achegaon, Taluka- South Solapur, District Solapur.
Sugar cane is suited for its native tropical climate and zones 9-10. It thrives in temperatures from 90-100°F and full sun. Around harvest time, the ideal temperature drops down to about 55°F. These temperatures can vary, but the sugar yield will vary along with it.
We manufacture two sugar grades, M-30 and S-30 (export quality with ICUMSA value less than [value]). Our production process involves the Sulphitation Process, where clarified sugarcane juice is treated with Sulphur Dioxide to create ‘Sulphured Syrup,’ which is then processed into sugar crystals.
Distillery commissioned on March 5, 2016, with modernized facilities. Utilizes continuous/fed batch fermentation, multipressure distillation, and integrated spent wash evaporation. Capacities: RS, ENA, and Ethanol plants at 90 lakh liters/annum.
First co-gen plant established in 2006 (12 MW). Second plant added in 2016, boosting electricity generation to 28 MW. 11 MW used in-house, while the surplus 17 MW is exported to the Government of Maharashtra (MERC).
